Here at J Maintenance & Property Contractors Ltd, we have extensive knowledge of construction cleaning. We can accommodate any cleaning project no matter how large or small.
We have cleaned projects as large as 15-floor office blocks, top to bottom – including abseiling to clean the windows and cladding.
We have cleaned 500-bed student accommodations in both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Our smaller projects include retail refurbishments, school refurbishments and many refurbs on Glasgow University.
We have cleaned it all.
In 2021 we decided to expand even further into the Construction Sector, providing Labourer services to some of our clients. Our External services provide Cladding installation and Detaping and Mastic Works via our Abseiling Team.
Our Company aims to provide the best professional service which means we are all trained in Health and Safety, hold our First Aid and Fire Warden certificates, all our staff are CSCS trained, and our supervisors all hold SSSTS certificates. We are members of Alcumus Safe Contractors and are CHAS approved.
