Our Company
We started J Maintenance & Property Contractors Ltd in 2017 servicing End of Tenancy cleans for Letting Agents and Office and Daily Cleaning Services to the Hospitality Sector throughout Glasgow and Edinburgh.
We then progressed into the Construction Sector where we now specialise in offering Builders and Sparkle Cleans and Handover Cleaning Services to the client.
We have a large client base throughout the UK that uses our services to Deep Clean Shop Fit-outs throughout Scotland in preparation for handover to the client.
In addition, we offer cleaning services to the Student Accommodations in Glasgow for Clean Student Week every year at the end of the summer turnaround.
In 2021 we opened our External Window and Cladding Cleaning division providing Abseiling Services and Pole and Reach Services to the Construction Sector combining our Internal Cleaning Services with External ones to offer a Full Package which has proved to be very successful.
In 2022 we decided to expand even further into the Construction Sector, providing Labourer services to some of our clients. Our External services provide Cladding installation and Detaping and Mastic Works via our Abseiling Team.
Our Company aims to provide the best professional service which means we are all trained in Health and Safety, hold our First Aid and Fire Warden certificates, all our staff are CSCS trained, and our supervisors all hold Advanced CSCS certificates. We are members of Alcumus Safe Contractors.
